Voyager ETaskbarException Could not register tab, Error -2147467259
 
Hello,

My Windows 11 installed recent update 2026-05 Preview Update (KB5089573) (26200.8524) and Voyager stopped working throwing this:

Tried to remove some user config files but nothing helped.BTW Voyager was opened when Windows updated.
Unable to start it. Please help fixing this.
 
Never used Voyager, but TB "proper" also had this issue up to v12.0.3. Updating to a newer version was one solution, but alas Voyager is still at 12.0.3.

Those solutions are:
  1. Get the new beta version - Where?
  2. Remove registry entries - Voyager doesn't create any so what config file(s) should I remove?

I'm not aware of any Voyager betas after v12.0.3.

I don't know. Probably best to ask support using the link above, if nobody here can pitch in.

I would try making a fresh installation of Voyager in a new folder, and transferring the message base.
 
Got answer from support and this solution worked:

Please access the folder \...\Voyager\MAIL\ and rename the file  integers.ini into integers_1.ini. Then try to start The Bat! Voyager.
